The Human Rights Victims' Claims Board commenced accepting and processing claims on 12 May 2014. Applications will be received until 10 November 2014. Staff of the board will be in different cities of the country to receive claim applications. Schedules: Application forms and Frequently Asked Questions maybe secured from all regional offices of the Commission on Human Rights (CHR). July 7-9: Cotabato City

July 14-16: Legaspi City

July 21-22: San Fernando, La Union

July 24- 25: Baguio City

July 28-29: Butuan City

July 31-August 1: Cagayan de Oro City

August 4-6: Davao City

August 12-13: Tuguegarao City

August 18-20: Zamboanga City
